William A. Lewis, IV
CEO & CFO
As of June 2013, “Austin” served as Paid’s President prior to the merger with ShipTime in December 0f 2016. He is the co-founder of Thompson Davis & Company and was the founder and still CEO of the Lewis Asset Management Fund. With key financial roles at RBC Capital, Vice President of Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull and other financial institutions throughout his career he has been active in both the corporate and entrepreneurial role in senior management and advisor roles and currently sits as a Director on numerous boards including Paid Inc.Austin earned a BS in Finance and Financial Economics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1998.
David Scott has been ShipTime and Paid Inc’s COO since 2020. Prior, he served as the Director of Technology, since joining the company in 2017. David leads the Development and IT teams from requirements through to implementation while supporting Sales, Marketing & Customer Success. He is a passionate leader with a track record of success through building, managing and motivating his teams. David has envisioned and managed the redesign & architecture of new platforms from the ground up across multiple industries; Transportation, Fintech, and e-Commerce . David has completed courses in Computer Science at both Mohawk College and McMaster University.
Sr. VP of Finance
Tracey joined the ShipTime team in December 2016 as a part of the merger of ShipTime with Paid Inc. While her official title is Sr. VP of Finance, the reality is much more encompassing. In 2012 she joined Paid as a Senior Accountant and eventually became responsible for initiating policies and processes to ensure that company financials and filings would comply with both audits and the SEC. These major undertakings have been accomplished while still keeping ahead of the day to day financial activities and the challenges required to manage exponential growth. Tracey received her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting from Nichols College in 1993.
VP of Sales
Peter Sexton has been with ShipTime since February 2022 when he joined as VP of Sales. Peter is a seasoned logistics professional with over twenty fives years of experience in the industry, evenly split between FedEx in operations and UPS in Business Development roles (Small Package, LTL Freight, Air & Ocean). Peter's passion and knowledge of logistics makes him a trusted advisor for businesses seeking to reduce spend while growing into new markets. Peter received his Bachelor's degree in history from McMaster University and continues to be an active community member, volunteering his time helping coach youth sports in the community.
Dave Conlon joined ShipTime in 2020 as our Marketing Manager. Dave is an accomplished marketing strategist with over two decades of experience driving brand growth and engagement. Specializing in digital marketing and eCommerce, Dave has led successful campaigns for both startups and established companies, leveraging his expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. With a keen eye for consumer behavior and emerging trends, Dave excels in crafting targeted marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. His collaborative approach and innovative thinking have earned him a reputation for building strong, customer-centric brands. Dave proudly earned his diploma in Marketing from Niagara College in 2001.
