President & CEO
Allan has been the President, CEO and Chairman of Paid Inc. since December 2016 (merger with Paid) and co-founded ShipTime in 2008 (previously known as emergeIT Inc). With over 30 years’ experience in both Logistics and Technology his career has been evenly split between the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. As a graduate of Business Management from Ryerson University, he has been recognized throughout his career for his strong management and leadership skills. Allan has received the highest awards at FedEx including the CEO’s Five Star Award. He has been involved with researchers from the University of Memphis’ Cycle Time Research Center, as well as completing courses from M.I.T. Center for Organizational Learning at the Sloan School of Management.
William A. Lewis, IV
Chief Financial & Strategy Officer
As of June 2013, “Austin” served as Paid’s President prior to the merger with ShipTime in December 0f 2016. He is the co-founder of Thompson Davis & Company and was the founder and still CEO of the Lewis Asset Management Fund. With key financial roles at RBC Capital, Vice President of Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull and other financial institutions throughout his career he has been active in both the corporate and entrepreneurial role in senior management and advisor roles and currently sits as a Director on numerous boards including Paid Inc.Austin earned a BS in Finance and Financial Economics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1998.
VP of Sales & Customer Success
Waleed joined the ShipTime management team in 2018 and leads ShipTime’s Sales and Customer Success teams. His focus is to accelerate the growth and support of ShipTime’s customer community. Waleed is a seasoned sales, customer success and marketing leader with experience in both the computer and transportation industries. He is accustomed to working in fast-paced, high-growth businesses, having previously held senior-level positions with Dell Canada, Purolator Inc and is an avid entrepreneur. A graduate of Civil Aviation from Jordan College, Waleed is obsessed with customer experience and what it means to small and medium businesses.
Tracey joined the ShipTime team in December 2016 as a part of the merger of ShipTime with Paid Inc. While her official title is Financial Controller, the reality is much more encompassing. In 2012 she joined Paid as a Senior Accountant and eventually became responsible for initiating policies and processes to ensure that company financials and filings would comply with both audits and the SEC. These major undertakings have been accomplished while still keeping ahead of the day to day financial activities and the challenges required to manage exponential growth. Tracey received her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting from Nichols College in 1993.
Director of Technology
David Scott has been ShipTime and Paid Inc’s Director of Technology since 2019. Prior he served as the Technical Project Manager, since joining the company in 2017. David leads the Development and IT teams from requirements through to implementation and support. He views automation as the key to success and pushes to optimize tasks and processes within the company. David has supported many large projects during his short tenure so far including a complete platform redesign with focus on usability and automation!
