Courier Ratings: Make an informed choice on your shipping courier

One of the big updates that we’re specifically excited about is the new rate comparison screen.  We want you to be able to make an informed choice on your shipping courier, so now in addition to seeing options by price and delivery time, you can now sort by rating.  

The ratings are given by you, the ShipTime user, for the benefit of all ShipTime users. This great new level of transparency will leave you stress free and confident that you’ve picked the best courier for your needs.

Help Articles and Feedback: Troubleshoot or access walkthroughs related to the specific page that you’re stuck on

If you have a question about your package, shipment or anything related to your shipment you can now access a whole array of helpful information via articles.  This new addition to the footer

section of the application can help you troubleshoot or access walkthroughs related to the specific page that you’re stuck on while completing your shipment.

New Feature: Feedback and Learn More Links

Package Tracking and History: Never wonder where your package is again with our newly re-designed package history and tracking. 

 This new and improved feature gives you complete package tracking info such as:

 – Time

 – Location

 – Description on the current status of your package.

Branded Tracking Pages: Customized Tracking Pages With Your Business Info

Are you using the ShipTime platform as a part of your business?  If so, you can now enable a branded tracking page. A brand new service offered by ShipTime, the shipment tracking pages can be customized, meaning when you send a package to a customer and provide them with the tracking link, they will land on a page with YOUR logo, branding and social media links.
